Calendars, team and customer file
The Studio package includes seven logins, five of them with their own booking calendar, and a customer file with visit history. Staff rota and loyalty are available as add-on modules. For your accountant
Read-only access to VAT by rate, the sales journal and cash sessions, as CSV files. You can mark a service as excluded from VAT, and its turnover gets a line of its own.
Good to know
- Appointment confirmations and reminders by SMS or e-mail are not offered.
- No deposits and no no-show fees.
- Keep your card terminal: key in the amount, then confirm it at the till. Automatic card payment through SumUp is built but not switched on yet.
- Without internet you can't sell anything, not even for cash.
